“Just because a Christian won’t support something, doesn’t mean they hate the people who are involved in it.”It means that a Christian will not compromise his values because he loves God too much to bend for society’s sake, no matter how much pressure society places on a Christian to embrace wayward values. God has called us to live a life of righteousness, not lasciviousness! We have brothers and sisters overseas who are being martyred daily for their faith. That’s true guts and standing up for what you believe in and the ultimate act of allegiance to Christ!

Don’t let society bully you by saying you’re a bigot and closed-minded because you won’t embrace their new laws that promote a new way of living that does not value righteousness. God and God alone has the authority to instruct us on how to live our lives and what those parameters involve. I believe Reverand Billy Graham said it best when he declared, “You can be so open-minded that your brains fall out!” This is exactly what has happened in America. Deception, lawlessness, selfishness and greed have become so pervasive in our country that people have embraced an “Everything goes” philosophy. This is hogwash!

God gave us a Bible, His love letter to us, so we could have a standard to live by and so we could show the Lord our love for Him and for our neighbors. When society tries to re-write the Bible for us and dare to tell us that wrong is now right and right is now wrong by attempting to force us to embrace a liberal lifestyle at the expense of forsaking our religious values, they have gone too far!

As Christians, we will not give in to liberal theology, wayward living, high pressure politics, wayward educators, or false religion that dares to steal away our Christian heritage. As I mentioned earlier, our brothers and sisters are being beheaded overseas for standing up for their faith. Knowing this, we can certainly stand up against radical liberals who have the audacity to call us bad names or insult our intelligence by introducing a false gospel to us.

Remember that God has given us the greatest power available to us to battle the forces of evil–the Holy Spirit! So, rise up, my brothers and sisters, young and old alike. We are in this fight against evil together and we will shall prevail because the Bible says so! So, let us start living like the champions that God has called us to be rather than cowering down to fear or evil.

Prepare for the Coming of the Lord!

What are your thoughts? Will Christians continue to be thrown in jail for not violating their conscience and Christian values that are centered on obeying the Bible simply because an ungodly Supreme Court has voted in favor of a homosexual having the right to marry? Kim Davis has already proven that the law favors the unrighteous over righteous people. It is time for all Christians to stand their ground, for you may very well be next in proving your faithfulness to God.

Here is what the Word of God says about this issue in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 New King James Version (NKJV):

9 “Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals,[a] nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.”

Are you ready for such a time as this? It is time for all followers of the Christian faith to pray for God to bring a spiritual revival to America that will surpass the Azusa Street Christian Revival of 1906. It will literally rock this nation and this world, bring everyone to their knees, bring salvation, healing, the baptism of the Holy Spirit and deliverance to millions. The Lord will move through this four-fold ministry, which is rare in Christian churches today.

Where will this start? With ourselves! As Christians, we must begin by allowing the Holy Spirit to convict us of all sins daily, and especially secret sins. Complete surrender must happen among God’s saints and then the Spirit of the Lord will set America ablaze. Let us completely surrender to God so He can take us to holy ground that we have never visited before. Then, people will see such passion, such fervor, and such a love for God that they will not be able to resist asking, “What is so special about you? Your eyes are like a flame of fire and your heart is full of pure love.”

They will see more than a reflection but the true image of Jesus and desire to have what you have. Are you ready to enter into the Holy of Holies as our forefathers did? Are you ready to relinquish all control so God can fully reign in your life? If you are, you are ripe for revival, my friend. Anything short of that is a counterfeit gospel or religion that only promises the mundane, the routine and needless tradition. God desires that you not settle for a wasteland of religious routine but the Promised Land of holiness that desires to fully reside in your life.

In Spanish we say, “Vaya con Dios,” which means, “Go with God!” But I say, “Vaya por Dios!” This means “Go for God!” Don’t ever settle where you are spiritually because you will grow stale. Seek a life of holiness, one that honors God, one that exalts Jesus as you give the Holy Spirit permission to sit on the throne of your life. Then, you will find lasting peace because obedience ushers in the presence of God.

So, don’t let anyone accuse you of being a hypocrite because you don’t agree with what the Supreme Court endorses. You answer to a higher court and it’s called the Lord’s Heavenly Court. God’s Court has a much higher standard and unless you live up to the Lord’s standards you will never enter Heaven.

The Supreme Court is spreading deception while the Holy Spirit always gives us the Truth about how He wants us to live. If you listen to the Supreme Court, you will be deceived and will have to answer to the Lord one day for having compromised the Gospel. God’s Gospel is pure, holy and absolute. It never changes. Remember that.

Always allow the Bible to serve as your ultimate guide. Then, one day, when your life ends and you cross from death to life, Jesus will greet you on the other side and say, “Well done, My good and faithful servant. Enter now into the joy of your reward.”
